RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION OF THE ACTIVITY 

The indicated prices include: guide services, Civil Liability insurance and collective material.
The reservation of the activity must be made with the payment of 50% of the total amount of the activity.    
     

José Ramon Ruiz Robles (Mon Diving Resort DENIA)  reserves the right to cancel the activity due to adverse weather conditions and when the Maritime Authority prohibits navigation. Inadequate weather conditions are understood as those that do not allow safe navigation for the participants in the event. In these circumstances, the Maritime Captaincies issue communications recommending no navigation. In this case, the client will be entitled to a 100% refund of the total amount paid.

- If the change of date is proposed by the client, who decides to cancel the event and does not agree to change the date in agreement with MON DIVING RESORT DENIA, he will lose the amount of the reservation (50%). Having the right to a refund of 50% of the total of the event (in the event that this had already been paid in full).

-If the cancellation is made with less than three weeks and more than 5 calendar days, you will only be entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount of the reservation.
